CMHP is finishing the construction of a custom design/build commercial warehouse located across from the Eagle County Airport in the Air Park Commercial District. This landscaped 14,400sf facility will soon provide Alliance Moving Systems with an impressive operations center built to their specifications and integrating state of the art technology. This project is a shining example of the unique "dirt-to-doorkey" engineered solutions we provide our clients.

Detroit Opera House

Renovation and addition

CMHP acted in a CM/GMP role as Walbridge Aldinger’s on-site Manager, to preserve the $17,000,000.00 Dollar GMP contracts for the renovation and addition of the Detroit Opera House for Michigan Opera Theater Company. The existing building was constructed in 1920 and was renovated to a modern facility adding a 100,000 square foot stage house. We were responsible for all subcontractors’ negotiations, awarding the contracts and contract preparation. CMHP was also directly responsible for all Owner related activities including: participating in final contract negotiations with the Owner, billing, and changes in scope.
